A user or a traveller can create an account on the mobile app under an agency, explore standard tour packages, request customized tour packages, get enrolled in tour packages, make payment through the app, receive visa ticket hotel booking through the app, view travel guide profile, assign FnF to follow the status of traveller, make complain, provide tour feedback and rating, get tour completion certificate and get a group photo. The App acts as a platform to facilitate these services.
Additionally traveller can book transport ticket, make hotel booking, make visa request, avail rental transport services and other travel-related services offered by third-party providers.
