‘Amar Safar’ meaning ‘My Tour’. The software name ‘Amar Safar’ is a generic name, it is applicable or appropriate for all types of travel agency customers. For all travellers point of view their own tour is ‘My Tour’/‘Amar Safar’. No agencies will have the facility to rename the software or mobile app name on their own business/company name. Amar Safar is a SaaS model B2B technical platform for the travel agencies to serve their customers. The travel agency will refer the Amar Safar app to the customer as their digital service portal for all the services.
We offer all potential client free trail use of the product service for 30 days. For trail request please apply through the contact email/trail request option. We will provide limited feature access in the trail period. We will ensure limited guide & support on the period. After free trial use all user ID and data will be deleted automatically. Trial extension can be allowed for maximum 15 days. Afterwards there will be a contract with the interested client to use the back end software & mobile application commercially.
Amar Safar is committed to provide prompt & on time support. Our customer support average response time: within 0-1 hours. L1 support: Telephonic & messaging general consultation support will be available from (09.00 am – 06.00 pm). L2 support: Technical issues that requires specialized expertise & deeper investigation, will be available from (09.00 am – 06.00 pm) only. Software support will be available on weekly 6 days; Saturday to Thursday (09.00 am - 06.00 pm). Friday & other Bangladesh Government declared holidays are considered as off days. There are different urgencies is defined for different types of issues. Based on that resolution time is defined. All the details will be available in service sales agreement.
Amar Safar has the integration capabilities with the other software, including compatibility with third-party systems through APIs or other integration methods. Integration with the other platform depends on critical technical factors. In case of integration requirement of any client’s other third party software with Amar Safar requires extensive analysis and effort estimation and financial involvement. Amar Safar already has payment gateway integration for customer payment collection purpose. It will have GDS IATA integration in near future to facilitate customer self-service air ticketing. Software updates & enhancements is a lifelong continuous process. Amar Safar is looking forward to introduce new feature in the future and modify or enhance current features to address future challenges and issues. It is expected that weekly/fort nightly there will be always new updates in the software on different aspects. These updates may occur without any prior notice.
In case of possible dissolution of the business of Amar Safar for any reason, first the company will declare its situation & schedule of plan to the clients. The client will be provided with two options. Option 1: Close the service agreement before company winding up and settle as per agreement where Amar Safar hands over all the data/info to the client. Option 2: Amar Safar will try to sale the business to other company. In case of successful sale, the new company’s management with its sole discretion will renew the contract with the clients and provide the service. In case of unsuccessful sale up to a certain time, Amar Safar will terminate its agreement with all the clients and settle down as per agreement. Amar Safar will inform all creditors, suppliers, and government agencies about the winding down process. Amar Safar stands upon its organizational values where it will focus on completing its obligations and fulfilling commitments responsibly.
